its been 2 year since the first time I recieved this product and so far I'm satified with it,it easy to use,the steamer heat only in a few seconds and its really clean the floor nicely.

Really easy to clean any kind of floors without having to buy chemicals, just add water!. The only thing I didn't like is that you can't use it to clean up your shower. But the best thing is that is much better and way much cheaper than the swiffer (in which you will have to buy replacement cleaning pads & chemicals everytime you will ran out of them!). I do recomend it!

I bought this cleaner mainly to clean my kitchen and entry way floor which are both hardwood. I also bought this model because I have carpet throughout the rest of the house and several dogs and cats, and I was hoping this cleaner would take away the accidental spills and accidents. I tried it last night for the first time on the carpet and it did a fabulous job cleaning all kind of spills totally. You could not tell there had been a spill anywhere. I am very happy!!!

We just put in laminate flooring.I spent hours reviewing steam mops and how to clean such flooring and tried my luck with the Haan.I wanted it to be clean and quick ( I have a 3yr old, two dogs and a cat) I believe the Haan was well worth the price. I knew I couldn't saturate the floor with water so I tested it out in the Kitchen first, loved it. I walked barefoot behind to see how wet it would be and it was practically dry, until after a few strokes it does become more saturated with water. I found some sticky areas and just let the Haan rest for like 3 seconds and continued to mop and they came up with a breeze. So on my laminate, I set down 4 pads (bought the extra pads) ready to use and I mop my laminate until it comes a little to wet for my comfort and switch to the dry pads. I re-use the ones I switched and used them on the rooms without laminate.It is very easy for me and I love the fact it is just water and I can throw the pads in the wash. I do not think it takes a lot of time to re-heat. The cord is small, so thanks to the other reviews I knew to have an extension on hand:)So far so good and if I damage my floors down the road I will let you know, but I feel I am safe with my technique! I was unable to find many reviews on the laminate using a steam mop so I wanted to share. Cleaning the laminate is tough to figure out and I believe with special attention this Haan product will be well worth it!

I purchases my Haan steam mop on the recommendations of reviewers I read online. I have had it a couple of weeks and love it! It's easy to use, the pads are easy to clean, and I know my floors are really being cleaned! I have 3 children who bring in a lot of dirt but my Haan takes care of it!
