 Great for cleaning wooden blindsAug 20, 2010
I do not like dusting, let alone dusting each slat to my wooden blinds. Works great on our wooden blinds. This helps make the dusting a little easier, not to mention faster. Have yet to try it on the venetian blinds in our daughter's room.

Still really tedious to clean the blinds, and I can only fit one blade into the cleaner at a time...

I was really, really pleased with how easy this made cleaning my wooden blinds...for the 5 minutes I was able to use it before it broke. The "arms" come out from a rigid plastic circle at the base, and I squeezed a little while cleaning and one of them just snapped right off. Worse, for whatever reason, Krazy Glue wouldn't work to put it back together.

This product works really well, I think due to the fact that you can squeeze the microfiber cover around both sides of the blind so that there is good surface contact. I found that the cover gets dirty really quickly, usually after doing only one window, so I agree that there should be several microfiber covers included. One quibble--you have to hold the cover on while using the duster as they tend to slip with movement. Also, the spacing is not quite right for dusting my blinds when they are open, so you either have to do one slat at a time or close them a little them while you dust. Otherwise, great product, and I love the fact that I can wash and reuse the cover.

I just received this product and it lives up to all of the positive reviews:
